TopMera Delivery
A mobile delivery and logistics platform connecting customers, businesses, and delivery drivers for fast, trackable, and flexible delivery of products, food, parcels, and other goods.
The problem
Deliveries had no dispatch or tracking layer connecting the customers and businesses placing orders with the drivers fulfilling them.
My role
Developed the delivery application as a core component of the Topmera ecosystem: driver workflows, assignment and dispatch, location-aware tracking and delivery confirmation.
The work
Topmera Delivery is a mobile delivery and logistics application developed as a core component of the Topmera digital commerce ecosystem. The platform connects customers and businesses with delivery drivers, enabling products and services to be ordered, dispatched, tracked, and delivered through a centralized mobile experience.
The application supports a broad range of deliveries, including groceries, pharmaceutical products, electronics, food, parcels, and other goods. Customers can place orders, select delivery options, securely complete payments, and track deliveries in real time. The platform supports standard, same-day, and scheduled delivery workflows while providing live customer support.
For delivery drivers, the application provides a dedicated operational workflow for discovering available delivery requests, accepting assignments, following pickup and delivery instructions, and completing deliveries. Driver-oriented functionality also supports flexible working schedules, delivery-based earnings, tips, and ongoing support.
The project combines mobile commerce, location-aware delivery operations, order fulfillment, real-time tracking, driver workflows, and customer support into a unified logistics platform designed to support scalable on-demand delivery services.
